I really struggled to use fine art for the entire project, but I used aspects of fine art in it such as the sharpies. I photoshopped the water onto the bottom of the image, and on a transparency, I traced the tree branches then flipped it to be like cracked ice- which was me mimicking the broken glass in Patricia's work. I also incorporated the red color in the grass to tie my image more with the original.

Almost complete concentration

CONCENTRATION IN PROGRESS

I changed my concentration theme in order to have a successful concentration over break. I think I am still going to pursue the Senior Year theme but extend it throughout the entire year. My new theme is about how technology is always around in everyday life, and ultimately consumes us. It is also about how people are obsessed with expressing themselves through social media, and always making sure people know what is going on at all times.
